ACCOUNT LEDGERS
The account ledger is where all deposits (credits) and withdrawals (debits) into the FFA
account are recorded. These are recorded on the date that they are deposited or withdrawn
from the account. A deposit might be from more than one transaction. Withdrawals are
usually done individually. The account ledger should contain the following information:
* The date of the transaction
* The transaction number(s) as found on the receipts or disbursement record
* A brief description of the transaction (details can be found on the R& D record
* Money deposited into the account should be recorded under credit
* Money withdrawn from the account should be recorded under debit
* A running balance of the account should be recorded after each transaction
