Extensive experience from work supervision within the role of data collection coordinator in
the IDA (Individual Development and Adaptation) Research Program (nurses,
physicians, laboratory staff, data collectors, quality controllers, etc.). (1996-98)

Leadership experience from the time as military officer (1981-84).
Research project coordination
Planned and administered a longitudinal research project comprising three waves of data
collection and three samples of a total of 3,000 union members, 1991-1995. (PhD

Have served as coordinator/leader for various large research projects since 1998, including
multidisciplinary projects, projects with substantial international collaboration, and
