Google Apps for Business
Google Apps for Business provides us a solution to increase productivity and revenue.
Google Apps for Business is a cloud based, collaborative platform that includes, Email, Calendar,
Spreadsheets, Collaborate Documents, site creation, and video conferencing. The simplicity of
collaboration through investing in this platform will greatly enhance our communication with
customers and suppliers and increase company productivity for as little as $50/Year per user.
Google Apps for Business allows users to collaborate through a web based platform and
improves the communication between suppliers, customers and employees. Files are stored in
secure cloud, where we can set our own access controls and employees can access company
files from any location or device. Also, it features file sharing and gives users the ability to work
on the same document at the same time. Furthermore, individual edits to documents are
automatically synced to the cloud. Email and instant messaging allow employees to
communicate. Additionally, Google “hangouts” allows up to 15 users to join a HD video
conference with cool new features.
Google Apps for Business will increase efficiency through advanced collaboration,
meaning a more lucrative organization, for only $50 a year per user. Advanced collaboration
tools allow our company operate more efficiently, driving up productivity and adding dollars to
our bottom line. Investing in Google Apps for business will increase our firms efficiency,
through a faster way to collaborate, ultimately increasing sales, and cutting the time it takes to
get work done.
