PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
This agreement is made by and between _______________________________ (PERFORMER), and
_____________________________ (PRODUCER) of the student film tentatively entitled
________________________________. This Agreement shall bind the parties hereto upon its execution
and shall become effective upon the date of the late signature.
WHEREAS, in order for the production of the film to take place, the PRODUCER/ DIRECTOR
requires that the PERFORMER agree to certain conditions and restrictions.
THAT THE PERFORMER acknowledges and agrees to perform in the film.
THAT THE PERFORMER has been informed of the film’s performance requirements, schedule,
and story contents and,
THAT THE PERFORMER agrees to the best of his/her ability, to make him/herself available, on
time, prepared, and at times and places required by the PRODUCER/ DIRECTOR in order to perform as
required by the film.
WHEREAS, THE PERFORMER acknowledges that his/her failure to abide by the terms of this
Agreement could result in material damage to the film and the education of the PRODUCER/DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, THE PERFORMER certifies and represents that he/she has read the foregoing and
fully understands the meaning and effect thereof and intending to be legally bound,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have affixed their hands and seals.
