Order of Events and Warm-Up Times for Dual Meets
*Everyone must do TWO jogs for a warm-up.
*Immediately following the second jog you must put your jersey on, put your spikes on,
and do 2 of each grass drill, 2 speedys, and three strides. You then should be called to the
start line.
**You must get a cooldown immediately after your races. Put dry clothes on over your
jersey, put your trainers on, and get at least 5 minutes of light jogging.
**A cooldown also counts as a first jog if you are doubling. That means if you raced and
did a cool down, the only jog you have to do is the second jog for your next event.
(Races start at 4:00pm, 4x800 relayers must do first jog at 3:00pm)
