2. Policy on binding journals that also have electronic access
Many journals, such as IEEE titles, are not being bound because there is archival
electronic access. Can we develop a policy on whether to bind or send such titles to the
Warehouse unbound?
3. Name and future role of Voyager Security Council.
Access Council agrees that a body needs to oversee the Systems Admin part of
Voyager. Perhaps a name change and devolution of some responsibilities to department
heads could make this a more useful group.
4. Using statistical categories in Voyager.
Interest has been expressed by some bibliographers in taking advantage of this
Voyager feature that allows locally-defined categories to be added to item and patron
records.
5. Exception to policy of creating item records for materials going to the Warehouse.
