Update on the AMA and ESC marketing project

Budget update – Nancy
 Projected Revenue $67,000
 $81,806.67 in reserve
 There are projects that have pending funds
 Chinese Tallow still have $18, 000 allotted but no requests have come
forward
 Including allocations - $1800 still remain. Plus reserve. $83,608.69 ready
to allocate


 An end of semester recycling program for unwanted items from dorms,
apartments






Nearly 1000 families reuse the items at no cost to them – the reduces
waste stream
 Cost for project is $500 for delivery, rental, pickup of storage POD
 And $5000 for 10 student workers for 10 hours a week to sort through
additional items

 Unanimously approved
Bobcat Blend update
 LBJ just got rid of Styrofoam! Chartwells saved money by purchasing
paper products.
Calories for Kilowatts – December 8 at campus rec
ESC with AMA  Will be meeting with AMA to put together some marketing ideas this
