Google Apps for business is a cloud application that will allow our business to easily share
content, messages and edit information within our business. Google Apps offer many benefits while
being relatively inexpensive.
Google Apps for business is an email, messaging and content-sharing service that is provided by
Google for businesses. Google Apps for business allows works to be saved automatically in its cloud
storage and information to be accessed basically anywhere. It also allows anyone in the business to
share and edit any types of files such as documents, spreadsheets and presentations in - real time.
Google Apps provide a singular version of all files in the cloud storage. This will take away the confusions
for different versions uploaded by the users. Google also provide automatic updates for all its files which
mean users don’t need to update their own file, this will be beneficial for long term project
Google Apps business is a reliable sharing database that is cost efficient for many companies.
Googles Apps for business will allow our company to increase productivity time through easy access in
its cloud database. Googles Apps for business only cost a small amount of $50 per person per year,
compared to all the different share tools, software, and hardware we must provide for our business.
