The Human Resources Department's mission is to serve as the primary human resources unit for
the University of Wyoming providing and continuously improving services for employees,
students, retirees, applicants, departments and external agencies; thus enabling the University to
serve the people of the State of Wyoming.
The Office of Human Resources is a major administrative unit within the Division of
Administration. Our team welcomes your questions and suggestions, invite you to visit our

Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential program with advisers available
24 hours a day. Examples of the services offered are: work-life balance issues (such as
relationships, parenting, death and grief), counseling related to anxiety, depression, stress,
drug/alcohol abuse, family issues, work-related issues, legal and financial resources, and crisis
intervention.
