 Rescheduling January Meeting Date (From Wed. January 13, 2016 2-3pm to January
20 th , 2016 2-3pm)
 Review of prior surveys and construction of a follow-up survey to be conducted after implementation of revisions to committee charge, with possible qualitative component. o Implement changes in Fall 2017 o This semester we write survey questions based off of recommendations
(potentially use surveymonkey) o Potentially have flex workshop o Last year did formal and informal survey – received same info for both o End of year may recommend that there is flex credit applied for faculty who join committees
 Follow up on GRC recommendation regarding PRAC charge o Supposed to send recommendation regarding PRAC to college council o Sent recommendation from Angelina/GRC to president Coon
 Revisions to PGS ( will review in Feb) o Last revised in 2012 o Should be done by May  17 sections (each will do two sections) \
