Pink Jeep Tours is hiring for the following positions. Employee housing may be available for relocation or as a
place to stay on your work nights.
Tour Guides
We are looking for dynamic, fun, safety- minded and self-motivated individuals with exceptional customer service
and communication skills to conduct Grand Canyon tours departing from Tusayan. We provide extensive training
and great pay. Full time employees will need to be available to work 5 days a week.
We are hiring for entry level or experienced Tour Guides. A guide provides a fun, informative tour with a focus on
customer comfort and safety while delivering information on natural and cultural resources in a meaningful way.
Guides are safety-minded; inspecting and operating the vehicles on the highways and forest roads in compliance
with all laws, regulations, company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
You must be 25 years of age or older with an excellent driving record; Able to work a physically demanding job with
long hours; experience with guiding, educating, or sales is desirable; Demonstrate passion for the outdoors and
sharing the area’s natural and cultural history
Pink Jeep Tours strives to provide exceptional customer service and top quality tours. Candidates must be
energetic, enthusiastic, and able to converse with a wide variety of people from all over the world. You must be able
to conduct tours for up to 10 hours per day, and walk to various scenic points of interest throughout the day. WFR

* We are looking for Guides to start in early March and mid-April. These are full-time seasonal positions that will last
through August to mid-September.
Customer Service Representatives
Responsibilities will include selling Jeep tours, coordinating tour logistics, providing customer service, processing
payments, performing accounting closing procedures, and supporting the Customer Service Supervisor and General
Manager with other administrative and sales tasks that support the day-to-day operations.
Strong data entry skills, excellent customer service and prior sales experience is a must. Candidates must have a
high degree of professionalism, proficient computer data entry skills, great people skills, multi-tasking abilities, and
attention to detail. We are looking for enthusiastic employees who will represent Pink Jeep Tours in a positive and
professional manner. Good skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary. FT Work schedule requiring 4-5 days
per week, may include weekends.
*Positions to start in mid-April and expected to be seasonal through August to mid-September.
