Marketing Director and Sales Associate
Qualifications and Job Description:
I'm looking for someone interested in and conversant regarding outdoor
gear and
sports, preferably with some customer service and retail experience as well as
someone with an interest in small local business marketing and development!
In addition to staffing the shop 15-20 hours a week, responsibilities include maintaining the
business's social media presence and website.
This involves creativity and initiative to keep content fresh and relevant as well as
collaborating to develop internet - text - radio - print advertising campaigns that would
integrate specials deals, sales, coupons, etc.
The schedule for social media, website, and other marketing tasks is flexible.
This is a position, not a time-limited internship, but it would also be an excellent internship
opportunity for a student interested in including small business marketing and development in
his/her future career plans.
Flagstaff Sports Exchange is located at 19 W. Aspen Ave. in Downtown Flagstaff
Compensation is $10/hr. with some potential for performance bonuses.
