student should be able to complete multiple emphasis areas without
issues.

Clusters of courses at a given level for a given major. A student should
be able to complete three required classes for the major in a 3-4 hour
block to promote retention/graduation.
Consider rooms and room sizes available. We will need to match class
sizes to room sizes as much as possible.
