Deans’ Meeting Agenda
July 1, 2014 - 2:00 – 4:00 pm
Deputy 301A
1.
White Web Designers Conference call – 2-2:15 pm (projector ordered) Scott Faust
Reviewed designed pages to date; initial departmental pages (Business, Prof Ed,
Psychology) may be available to show at start up, but not all faculty will have had a
chance to review. White Whale plans to be on campus in September. Completion
date is March, 2015. Will need to encourage the rest of the departments to meet
and plan for their pages. Also need to help departments create a plan for
maintenance and updates. Communication and Marketing Office will help find
stories, etc, but need someone from departments to help with keeping the site
relevant and timely. Suggested we need parameters around what can be altered
and who can release information.
