This survey is being distributed to all AUB employees, across University and Hospital (Campus, AUBMC), faculty and staff,
managers and front-line employees, to provide you an opportunity to say how you feel about working at AUB. The survey
investigates a wide variety of organizational characteristics including leadership, structure, and communications. Your input is
essential to identify opportunities for building a better organization. Please respond to each question carefully and honestly` on the
answer sheet using a pencil. This is not a test and there is no right or wrong answer. The survey is completely anonymous: results
will be reported only in aggregate form.
