 Priority 1: innovation and R&D transfer to SMEs  e.g. new
technologies adapted to conditions in the programme area or
cleantech
 Priority 2: SME entrepeneurship  e.g. local businesses that
can capture spinoffs from mega projects by
specialising/upscaling/clustering
Actions relevant to mining
 Priority 3: energy efficiency and renewables in housing/public
infrastructures  e.g. using geothermal heat from mines
 Priority 4: sustainable environmental management  e.g.
mitigating damage to natural and cultural heritage, using
natural resources as an asset for sustainable growth, capacity
building of local authorities to handle mega projects in their
community
