2. Proposal initiated by the Registrar’s Office to bring Catalog and curricular actions into agreement:
 Change Marketing 429 to Marketing 312 (action approved last year) for the general business major
3. Proposals:
 Management Department
1) New course: MANGEMNT 355: Negotiation Strategies
2) New program: General Management with Managing Sports Programs Emphasis
3) Change in program: General Management – add MANGEMNT 355 to electives
4) Change course prefix, course title, and course description – From BEINDP 321 Growing
Entrepreneurial and Family Businesses to MANGEMNT 321 Entrepreneurial Family
Business
5) Change course title and description – From MANGEMNT 485 Consulting for Entrepreneurial
Companies to MANGEMNT 485 Professional Service Entrepreneurship
6) Change course description and prerequisites – MANGEMNT 487 Entrepreneurship: New
Ventures; prereq: add FNBSLW 370 and Marketing 360 to current prerequisite of senior
standing and admission to the upper division.

2) Add MARKETNG 353 Advanced Digital Marketing to electives in marketing (no emphasis)

3) Correct Marketing Minor: Integrated Marketing Communication so that MARKETNG 350 is
not listed as both a requirement and an elective. Add MARKETING 337, 442, and 445 to
electives.
