Dear Tax Agent,
We would appreciate your cooperation in completing this questionnaire. It should take
approximately 20-30 minutes of your time. In most cases, you simply write in a number
or tick a box.
The focus of the questionnaire is on your use, perception, and preferences for different
methods of communication with the Tax Office. The information you provide will help
the Tax Office improve the type of information that is provided and the way it is
delivered to you.
The issues covered by the questionnaire have been identified following a number of
focus groups and visits to tax agents late last year.
Because of the subject matter of the questionnaire, there are a number of
questions that may require you to consult other members of staff. For example,
several of the questions ask about communications materials and information
from the Tax Office which may be used only or mainly by particular staff members.
We acknowledge that this may take a little extra time, but ask that you answer all
questions as accurately as possible.
Please read all the questions carefully and follow the instructions in capitals after each
question. Please ignore the numbers in brackets on the right hand side of the page,
they are for our use only.
