your requisition.

Choose a style (check one) :
All nametags are gold surface with black lettering with a magnetic back. Magnetic backs should not be
used for individuals with pacemakers.

the number of badges ordered)

Name Tag Design Standards:
Century Schoolbook is required font
Person’s name:
1. Must be in all caps
2. Preferred Font size: 20
3. Font size cannot be larger than 20
4. Font size can go smaller if necessary to fit the person’s name on one line
Additional Lines:
1. Must be upper and lower case
2. No more than two additional lines. Font size on both lines needs to be consistent. That is, one line
can’t be 18 and the other 16.
3. Font size should be smaller than the size used for the name
