DECISION
Proposal for two new PG courses (four intended
awards) jointly developed between ALSS and FHSCE
LLM Medical & Health Care Law and Ethics: this course
will sit within the Anglia Law School Department,
FALSS. There are no intended intermediate awards;
only exit awards.
MSc Medical & Health Care Law and Ethics: this course
will sit in the Faculty of HSCE, within the Department of
Allied Health & Medicine. It will include the 2 intended
intermediate awards: PG Cert M&HCL&E and PG Dip
M&HCL&E.
Proposed home/EU tuition fee of £6,695
international/non-EU tuition fee £10,500 (DLOO/Q))
Anticipated annual recruitment 15-20 students
The proposed course will provide a progression route for
LLB students on the Chelmsford campus
The courses will offer two intake points.
50% new modules of three 30 credit modules
No significant capital spend

course, however the BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology
(progression route) is accredited by the Chartered
Institute of Architectural Technologists
The course delivery at Chelmsford was integrated into
other courses, this has now been withdrawn
Students would benefit from targeted support from CRC
which already successfully delivers FdA Construction and
has appropriate resources
