Questions on proposals for Integration of Adult Health and Social Care
We would like to hear your response to all questions on the proposals for the
Integration of Adult Health and Social Care, but in particular, your response to the
questions below. Your comments will be discussed by a sub group meeting of the
Health Network and a draft response will be taken to our away day on 23rd August for
agreement, prior to being sent to the Scottish Government.
Question 2: Is our proposed framework for integration comprehensive? Is there
anything missing that you would want to see added to it, or anything you would
suggest should be removed?
Patient representation is mentioned, but there is no reference to public involvement.
This is your chance to make recommendations on the best way to involve/engage the
public in future community health and social community care partnerships.
Question 19: How much responsibility and decision making should be devolved from
Health and Social Care Partnerships to locality planning groups
Do you have any further comments regarding the consultation process:
Please return this form to Meriel Deans by Monday 6th August 2012:
Remember, you can make a personal response to the proposals online at:
