1. Due to the rising cost of living, Americans have had to tighten their belts and work more
to earn less. Of course this has had an effect on the responsibilities of younger people. In
particular, high school seniors have recently experienced an increase in the number of
students who are forced to work to meet their varied needs. Hence, many high school
seniors have many financial obligations and need some form of income. Do you think
that seniors should be allowed to go half a day to school and work half a day?
2. Medical researchers, cosmetic companies, and others often perform
experiments on animals. Many people feel that experimentation on
animals is wrong and should be stopped immediately because
animals do feel pain, and there are other alternatives. How do you
