An act to allocate up to $3500 from ASNAU Senate Bill line for the NAU College
Republicans for the purpose Conservative Political Action Conference .
Whereas: Six members will be attending CPAC in Washington D.C. from March 5th to 10th.
Whereas: This trip will provide that said club a chance to bring back greater knowledge of
civic responsibilities.
Whereas: This bill will help assist the costs of hotel, airfare and transportation.
Whereas: The hotel cost is $950.00 per room for 5 nights, and the club is requesting for the
reimbursement of one room.
Whereas: The total amount being requested for flights are $2340; $390 per student.
Whereas: Transportation within the city will be needed. The cost of transportation being
requested is $210; or $35 per person.
Be it enacted by the Associated Students of Northern Arizona University that:
An act to allocate up to $3500 from ASNAU Senate Bill line for the NAU College
Republicans for the purpose of attending CPAC.
