OBJECTIVE
To obtain a position in an accounting intern program that will develop my knowledge
and skills in the field of accounting as well as adapt my skills that I have already
developed to aid in the growth and improvement of a company.

EXPERIENCE
The Greater Buffalo Gymnastics and Fitness Center – Getzville, New York
Girls Competitive Team Head Coach, 07/2014- present

Responsible for the development and training of 80 plus athletes starting out at
the entry level of the compulsory program through their advance in the USAG
program to the higher level optional program.

Plan and execute lesson plans tailored to both large groups and individual
gymnasts aimed at getting the most out of the athletes and their time in the
gym.

Train and work with new and aspiring employees in the areas of safety in the
gym, spotting techniques, and class management and development.

Collaborate with a team of coaches to work on strategy and how to implement
strategy in order to further progress both our class and team programs.

Responsible for the safety of the athletes by spotting, carrying out safety and
risk management when teaching new skills, as well as monitor gym equipment
safety by carrying out monthly equipment checks and maintenance.

Demonstrate decision making skills when working with gymnasts on new skills
and formulating routines in order to maintain the highest routine difficulty
possible with the athlete’s confidence and skill level.

Show communication and problem solving skills in order to resolve and or clear
up issues between coaches, gymnasts, and parents to foster an open
communication dialogue.


Tracked individual students’ progress weekly to keep up to date records for use
