Homework for Mom/Dad/Guardian

Dear parents/guardians,
I need your help for one of your child’s grades; it will depend on you completing this easy
assignment (not on your grammar or spelling ). You may complete the assignment on the
back of this very page or on your own paper, return it to school with your child or in the
regular mail, or you may even email your completed assignment to me---whichever is
easiest for you. The assignment’s due date is Friday, September 18.
Please write a personal letter to me, introducing your son/daughter to me. Tell me any
information you feel is important for me to better understand your son/daughter. Give me
some background info about him/her. Describe his/her school experiences so far. Tell me
about his/her study habits; is there a designated time and place in which homework is
done? Does he/she like to read? Does he/she like school?
I would love any information that you think I should know. I want to make this a successful
year full of useful information and experiences for him/her.
