manufacturer’s specifications.

Eggs are pulped in accordance with the Egg Industry Agreed Standards Codes
of Practice.

Sample of pulped eggs for microbiological testing is collected, recorded,
labelled, and dispatched in accordance with the Egg Industry Agreed Standards
Codes of Practice.
1.4
Protective clothing is worn in accordance with the Egg Industry Agreed
Standards Codes of Practice.
1.5
Biosecurity requirements are met in accordance with the Egg Industry Agreed
Standards Codes of Practice.

Routine servicing and maintenance of pulping equipment and machinery are
carried out in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
