This unit standard is for entry level learners in the beauty
therapy industry who wish to develop their visual and analytical
styling skills.
People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate
knowledge of: current fashion trends for a beauty therapy
service; and the history of beauty therapy services and related
products.
This is a core component of all beauty therapy services and
underpins performance in all practical aspects of the trade.
