Prerequisite: Unit 25133, Demonstrate knowledge of venting
and draining for hot dip galvanizing, or demonstrate equivalent

Definitions
Company procedures refer to all documented policies and procedures of the
candidate’s employer at the time of training including, but not limited to, those relating
to health, safety, environment, quality, and operations;
Quality management system refers to the documented workplace system for
managing product and process quality.

Evidence requirements

Supervision ensures that quality data is obtained and recorded in accordance
with company procedures.
1.2
Supervision ensures process solutions are sampled and analysed in
accordance with company procedures.
1.3
Supervision ensures that galvanized components are inspected for quality in
accordance with company procedures.
1.4
Supervision ensures that quality assurance reports are communicated to
customers in accordance with company procedures.
1.5
Supervision ensures that the quality management system is audited in
accordance with company procedures.
