Purpose
People credited with this unit standard are able to: make ready
the printing press for two colour close register sheet-fed
letterpress work; prepare auxiliary equipment required for the
job; print two colour close register sheet-fed letterpress work
including numbering and perforating; and undertake post press
tasks.

Prerequisites: Unit 370, Print single colour sheet-fed letterpress
work; and Unit 354, Carry out advanced maintenance for
sheet-fed printing; or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and
skills.
Explanatory notes

to meet the requirements of the job specifications.
3.3
Numbering and perforating is carried out to meet the requirements of the job
specifications.
3.4
Production standards are maintained throughout the print runs.
