manufacturers’ stated procedures.

Body and/or refinishing specification details are sourced from the computer
system to enable the repair to be completed according to company policy
and/or the manufacturers’ specifications.
2.3
Computer and digital imaging are used to support diagnosis, assessments
and/or reports according to company policy and/or the manufacturers’
specifications.
2.4
Digital images of body and/or refinishing damage are submitted and processed
to enable work to be carried out, according to company policy.
