I. Is the judgment you are requesting the revision of executable? If not, please explain why you are submitting an application for revision.

Pursuant to art. 12.1 of the Statute, a party may apply to the Dispute Tribunal for a revision of an executable judgment. Article 11.3 of the Statute provides that in the absence of an appeal, a judgment becomes executable following the expiry of the time provided for appeal in the

Statute of the Appeals Tribunal.

II. Did you file an appeal against the judgment of which you are seeking the revision?

III. Identify any decisive fact(s) that were, at the time the judgment was rendered, unknown to the Dispute Tribunal and to you.

IV. Explain when and how you became aware of the fact(s) specified in section III above.

Pursuant to art. 12 of the Statute of the Tribunal, a request for revision must be made within

30 calendar days of the discovery of the fact and within one year of the date of the judgment.
