The Docsoft: AV Web Interface
The Docsoft: AV Web Interface allows users with administration access to upload audio visual content into
the web interface and keep track of all their video files, generate transcripts and other necessary files to place
on a web server/media server to access a captioned product of those files.
The process includes uploading the files, generating a speaker profile if needed, select transcript type for
delivery, exporting video clips in different file formats via DocSoft Transcript Editor to edit the video/audio
transcript.

Registering for a Docsoft Account
To register for an account you need to go to the Docsoft: AV Administration Log-in page
http://130.86.242.106 .
Select the Register Account link. You will be asked to provide a username, password, email address, security
question and answer to create your account as shown in the screenshot below.
Once you click on Create User, it will validate the fields and create an account for you. If any information is
invalid and needs to be re-entered or the passwords don’t match, it will prompt you to do so. You will then
receive a confirmation via email once your account has been created.
