We are currently looking for a Human Resources Intern to work with the Regional Internal
Recruiting department for the Midwest Region.
Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Intern position will:





Utilize internet resources including job board and social networking sites to identify
potential candidates for recruiting and sales opportunities at Aerotek.
Evaluate resumes received and select only candidates that are appropriate to enter
into the interview process.
Responsible for maintaining documentation using internal database and hiring
metrics regarding candidates and events.
Help to manage the identification, execution, and follow up with candidates from
college recruiting events.
Provide administrative assistance on various projects.
Qualified candidates for this position must:








Be currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business or a related field.
Be able to handle multiple projects, be self motivated and work with minimal
supervision.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail .
Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
Demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and the ability to interact and
communicate freely.
Be able to represent Aerotek in a postive manner both internally and externally.
Be available to work 20-30 hours per week, schedule is flexible.
