FY16 Needs & Satisfaction Assessment Timeline
The timeline for your needs &satisfaction assessment will vary depending on the
needs and schedule of your office. If the needs &satisfaction assessment was included as
an annual priority for your department, make sure you are adhering to your own internal
deadline in addition to those listed below. Regardless, all final documentation must be
submitted by 6/16/2017.
The 1-2 page Summary of Results must include: a brief description of your process;
a short description of major findings; any recommendations for program/service
improvements and/or for additional assessment; and a timeline for implementation of any
changes supported by your data collection and analysis.
