REQUIRES IMPROVEMENT - Fails to meet standards or meets them only in part. Performance is below
expectation. There is a need for improvement.
MEETS EXPECTATIONS - Meets the standards of the position in a completely satisfactory way.
Performance on the whole averages out to what is expected.
EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS - Meets all standards established for the position and in many instances
exceeds them. Performance is clearly better than average.
