Mr. Takaoka Oral History Assignment
Procedures:
 Choose a historical event that someone you know has experienced.
 Develop 6-10 questions to ask this person.
 Write an oral history base on these questions with the person who you know using
the interview format.
 Typed, double-spaced, and at least 2 pages. (12 font)
 Include pictures
Example events: Persian Gulf War, 9-11, Baseball All-Star game, Superbowl,
Hurricane Allison, WWII, Vietnam War, Enron scandal, Hurricane Katrina,
Hurricane Rita, Vietnam War, Holocaust, etc..,
The person should be someone you have contact with such as a family member,
neighbor, or friend of the family.
