Applicant Statement and Signature I would like to participate in Thesis Boot Camp, which I acknowledge is an intensive and dedicated writing environment. I agree to attend all sessions of the program (4.00-8:30pm Friday 17h , 09.30-8:30pm Saturday 18th, 09.30-8:30pm Sunday 19th June) and understand that a fee will be charged if I cancel my place at late notice (within 48 hours of the start date) or do not attend sessions. I agree to complete prescribed preparatory tasks in order to gain the most benefit from Thesis Boot Camp. I acknowledge that failing to complete preparatory tasks will result in the cancellation of my place at Thesis Boot Camp. Applicant Signature 8. Date Academic Referee There are a maximum of 30 places available at Thesis Boot Camp. Your academic referee may be consulted if there are not enough places for all eligible applicants and a selection process is required.
