Request to Un-designate a Network Resource on either a Long Term or Short Term Basis
(Required for all requests to undesignate a Network Resource pursuant to SPP OATT Section 30.3)
Note: Un-designating a Network resource can only be requested for existing Confirmed Firm Monthly
and Yearly reservations. A new network resource request will be required should the customer desire to
re-designate the same resource prior to the end of the un-designation. The request to re-designate a
network resource will be evaluated as a new request. If the “Re-designation” termination date/time is left
blank it will be assumed that the termination is indefinite and the transmission will be recalled to the end
of the reservation term and an entirely new application for service will be required to re-designate as a
network resource . If the “Re-designation” termination date/time contains a date, the “Application to
Designate a New Network Resource under SPP NITS” portion of this form must also be completed and
received. A minimum of one (1) business day will be necessary to process all network resource undesignation requests for short term service.
