John Duggan
Non-executive Director, JSM Indo China Ltd
John Duggan is a qualified accountant, (FCCA), with an MBA from Cranfield.
He is an experienced business leader and non executive director with over 30
years experience in real estate, retail and emerging markets.
He is now a non-executive director of JSM Indo China Limited, operating in
Vietnam and Cambodia, and was, until recently, Chairman of Spazio Investment N.V., an Italian property Investment company, and was a non executive
director of SGL Vietnam Limited; all of which have been listed on AIM.
He was Chairman and previously Chief Executive of Gazeley, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Wal-Mart, previously ASDA, until it was sold in July 2008. He was
responsible for growing Gazeley into a leading international developer of
warehouse space with a reputation as a leader in sustainable development.
He is also Chairman of Assemble Community Partnership Limited, a LIFT, a
private, public partnership, for delivering health facilities for Primary Health
Care Trusts, Chairman of Milton Keynes Trust, a member of the Investment
Committee of the Bridges Ventures Sustainability Fund, sits on the advisory
council of the Doughty Centre for Corporate Responsibility at Cranfield University School of Management and is a Deputy Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire.
