Gideon is a founder and Director of Market Gravity. He is a proven business builder,
marketing professional and accomplished strategy consultant.
He works with senior managers and their teams to define and deliver growth strategies
create new commercial propositions and build sustainable innovation cultures. His clients
include Standard Life, RBS, Coutts, RWE npower, British Gas New Energy, Rentokil Initial,
Coca-Cola and GSK.
He is an expert in helping big businesses launch significant new ventures into the
marketplace and take them to scale. He led the programme to develop and grow npower’s
home energy services business, going from concept to national brand in 18 months.
Gideon is a co-author of Defying Gravity a ‘business novel’ that follows the journey of a
corporate entrepreneur as he sets up a new venture from within a FTSE company.
Gideon holds a first-class MBA from London Business School where he specialised in new
venture development and market-led strategy..
