less than the number of vacancies on the Board of Studies prescribed under Section 37 (2)(b) of the
Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994, are prescribed hereby declared elected as members on the
respective Boards of Studies.
The term of office of these elected members shall be in accordance with the Section 42 and
subject to the provision under Section 43 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994.
