Transport from Apia
Airport to and from the
hotel
NOTES
Transfers to and from the Hotel have been arranged to coincide with your flights.
Please look for the sign which says SAMOA SCENIC INBOUND SERVICES when exiting the
Customs Area - there should be a staff member in Bright Yellow Uniform at the main entrance of
the arrivals area with an “SPCZ Workshop - Pacific Climate Change Science Program” sign.
There is also a Samoa Scenic Inbound Help Desk at the Airport in BRIGHT yellow colour, right
beside the stairwell opposite the ANZ/WESTPAC Cashiers, if you need.
The cost of the transfers is being paid by the Workshop sponsors.

Details about the SPCZ
Workshop
The workshop will be held from 24- 26 August at the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional
Environment Programme (SPREP) offices, Samoa. Tel: +685 21929. A bus will leave Aggie
Grey’s Hotel at 8.30 am each morning and a bus will return each day at the end of the
day’s proceedings.
A final workshop program will be in your Information pack which will be provided to you at
registration on Tuesday 24 August.
Meals during the workshop
Breakfast at the hotel is provided and has been included in the accommodation cost, which has
been paid by the Workshop sponsors. Lunch, morning and afternoon teas will be provided
during the workshop. Dinner will be provided for you on Wednesday 25 August. You are
expected to arrange all other meals yourself.
Incidental expenses
Please note PCCSP will cover accommodation costs (including breakfast) only. All telephone
calls, use of mini-bars, room service, and meals beyond those listed in the row above, are for
your own personal account and must be settled in full before departure from Apia.
Any unpaid accounts will be invoiced to your organisation by the PCCSP.

Field trip
There will be a field trip to the Falefa Falls and Piula cave pool on the afternoon of Wednesday
25 August. All costs for this field trip have been paid by workshop sponsors.
Social activities
There will be a Welcome Reception at Aggie Grey’s Hotel on Monday 23 August from 6.00 –
8pm.
