This is your exclusive opportunity to align your brand with exciting new
knowledge around the science behind two of the Meetovation design principles: Creative set-up and Active involvement.
In the first Master Class, our main stage speaker Janet Sperstad draws
upon her 25 years of industry experience and her Executive Masters in Neuroleadership to share how the brain shapes what we experience, and the
event environment impacts how we think. We explore what not to do at your
next event that negatively impacts the participant experience, as well as
how to design the event’s physical space to influence decision making and
drive innovation. In the second Master Class, our main stage speaker and
Copenhagen native Nicoline Jacoby Hansen, will present a novel approach
to participatory meeting design that keeps peoples¹ attention throughout an
entire meeting and increases their overall outcome. Inspired by dramaturgy
and adult learning, five design principles will be presented and numerous
examples of how to apply the design principles are showcased.

feature a hero who faces obstacles and eventually overcomes them. As the

Monday Two-part

in business and life. New this year, the Monday General Session will be
split into two parts.
Part one will be our audiences’ wake up call. Not only will they be on their
feet and actively involved in this session, they will participate in an exercise to rediscover where and how they generate new ideas.
In Part two the audience will be introduced to two Meetovation principles:
Creative setup and Responsible thinking.
