DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY/RISK MANAGEMENT ACCEPTS
POSITION IN ILLINOIS
Houston, October 4, 2012 – Robert Schneller, Director of Environmental Health and Safety/Risk
Management, submitted his resignation to accept a Chief Operations Officer position in
Champaign, Illinois with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Schneller has been
employed at UH more than 12 years, and has served on several committees including the
Institutional Compliance Committee, Radiation Safety Committee, and the Institutional Biosafety
Committee. His last day of work is October 18.
