CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING EARLY WITH UH DINING SERVICES
Houston, November 12, 2010 – Before you head home for Thanksgiving
festivities, start the celebration with UH Dining Services. Join us for lunch on
Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010 in Real Food on Campus in Oberholtzer Hall or the
Fresh Food Company in Moody Towers for a Thanksgiving-themed feast
designed by Executive Chef Tori Bergerson.
Among the holiday fare will be roast turkey with gravy, herb cornbread
dressing, pecan mashed sweet potatoes, pumpkin cheesecake and a variety
of other dishes that will make for a delicious start to the Thanksgiving
holiday. Be sure to stop by – you’ll be thankful you did!
