CULLEN BOULEVARD SIDEWALK & TRAFFIC LANE CLOSURE
Houston, Texas, Monday, March 26, 2012 – From Wednesday, March 28 through
Saturday, April 14, 2012, there will be a sidewalk closure along the west side of Cullen
Boulevard between Wheeler Avenue and Cougar Place. This is to construct a sanitary
sewer line in front of the Cougar Place Sophomore Housing Project. Construction activity
will include the removal of a section of sidewalk, boring, installation of a sanitary sewer
line, and reconstruction of the sidewalk. Temporary and intermittent lane closures on the
west side of Cullen Boulevard may also be required for short periods of time for the
delivery of construction equipment and concrete placement.
