Project Management Institute® (PMI) Project Management
Professional Exam. The PMP credential is suited for anyone
working directly or indirectly in project environments and
who demonstrates a thorough understanding of project best

Instructor
Carl Pritchard, PMP®, PMI-RMP® is the principal and
founder of Pritchard Management Associates. He is a recognized lecturer, author, researcher, and instructor. As a lecturer
Carl is considered a leading authority on risk and communications management and presents on a variety of management topics, ranging from project essentials to the complexities of network diagramming and team motivation. As an
author and researcher, he has published articles on project
management language, advances in risk management, and
on the challenges of training on the Internet. Carl’s work as

PMP EXAM PREPARATION COURSE
The PMP Exam Preparation Course online works through the resume process, the TEN knowledge areas, professional responsibility, and the mind-frame required to pass the PMP® exam. The topics, Process Groups, and

Carl Pritchard and Elmira College will assist students in completing the PMP(r) application, but cannot assure that all participants meet PMI's criteria to sit for the exam.
