What’s Your Learning Style?
Name: _______________________________________________ Date: _________________
Everyone has a ‘best way’ they have developed to learn new information –by listening
(auditory), through observation (visual) or by actually doing the task (tactile). It is important to
know how you best process information as it will give you insight into the way your learning
experiences can be made most efficient. Not all information may be presented in the way that
suits your learning style. After rating the following 24 statements, you will use the chart to
calculate the ‘Learning Style’ where you’re strongest, and identify which styles may be more of
a challenge for you. Suggestions are provided for strategies to ‘convert’ information presented
in one way into the format that best suits your style.
