Dear Parents/Guardians:
Today at our Virtue Assembly, a very special event took place, and Global News was
here to record it! One of our students, Noah T., had his hair cut, to donate to a
program called “ANGEL HAIR”, a part of “A Child’s Voice
Foundation”. This program provides wigs for children who
have lost their hair due to a variety of reasons – cancer
treatment, and diseases such as alopecia.
Noah was also asking for your support towards another cause
at the same time. He was asking for donations towards
Sick Kids Hospital. We have already surpassed our goal of $1000.00!! It is not too
late to send in a donation. We are proud of Noah for this noble gesture.
The piece on Noah will be on tonight’s Global News between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
