All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
Must be a United States Citizen
Must have a Valid Driver’s License and be able to pass a DMV check
Must be able to pass a criminal background check (7 year Felony/Misdemeanor)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent (GED).
Reside within a 50 mile radius of Fort Hunter Liggett & Camp Roberts, CA
Must be available to work every day/all hours for the entire duration of the scheduled exercise. (Typical work
schedule is 6 days a week, 8-10 hour days)
Job #1: HVAC Genset Technician:
The HVAC Genset Technician will assist in the setup, maintenance, and daily fuel resupply of several HVAC
generators units for temporary structures. These units will be required to operate virtually non-stop for extended
periods of time in harsh environmental conditions. The Tech will perform daily maintenance check, refueling and
periodic maintenance services on generator and HVAC units.
Required Skills:
 Prior electrical/electrician experience with Genset generators or HVAC systems.
 Must have strong technical skills.
 Must have ability to lift 50+ lbs.
 Must be able to work 10-12 hour days and weekends.
Job #2: NOC Operator
The Network Operations Center Operator will help with system setup, and will monitor status of the FlexTrain
tracking infrastructure throughout the training exercise. Tasks include configuring Linux and Windows computers,
running Ethernet cable, and maintaining computer hardware. The NOC Operator will also help debug and fix
problems with the network, computer hardware, computer software, and audio/video equipment. Perform other
tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Program Leadership.
Requirements:
• IT Help Desk ability and/or experience
• Long working hours, 10-12 hour days
• Flexible shifts, some evenings & weekends
Preferred:
• Prior Military experience
• Linux/Unix command line experience
• Networking & Computer Programming experience
Job #3: Network Configuration Technician
The Network Configuration Technician will assist with setup and maintenance of the network. This task includes
setup of Cisco switches and wireless networking devices, building and running Ethernet cable, and maintaining
computer hardware. The Network Configuration Technician will also help debug and fix problems with the
network. Perform other tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Program Leadership.
Requirements:
• Long working hours, 10-12 hour days
• Flexible shifts, some evenings & weekends
Preferred:
• Prior Military experience
• CCNA and/or COMPTIA Network+
Job #4: Video Presentation Facilitator (MAARC Operator) The Video Presentation Facilitator is responsible for
the production and execution of quality, multimedia After-Action Review (AAR) presentations of field exercises
conducted at Military training sites. This individual ensures that all exercise video data is properly prepared,

Job #5: V-THP Operator
The V-THP (Video Take-Home Package) Operator is responsible for production and execution of quality,
multimedia products (e.g., video-based DVDs) at field exercises conducted at Military training sites. The V-THP
Operator is responsible for the recording of a specific training lane After Action Review (AAR) on a daily basis
during a given training exercise. The V-THP Operator works closely with a Mobile AAR Center (MAARC) Operator
to ensure that all video equipment is working and that all Take-Home Package materials are produced and
disseminated immediately following each After-Action Review session.
Requirements:
 Experience with Video Suite, Multiple Cameras, Video Switch REQUIRED
 Familiarity with Final Cut Studio and additional experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and related
multimedia applications preferred.
 Relevant experience with graphic design, photography, videography, and field production support.
 Must have ability to lift 50+ lbs.
 Must be able to work 10-12 hour days and weekends.
Job #6: Video Editor
The Video Editor is responsible for editing short, exciting videos during field exercises conducted at Military
training facilities. The Editor will also assist with post-production of daily 1-hour presentation recordings and
media management tasks including tape logging/capturing, data back-up, video compression, duplication, and
related duties. Occasional graphic design, photography, videography, and field production support may be
required. Our Video Editors work exclusively with Apple computers, using Final Cut Studio as the editing
platform... so we are only interested in applicants with demonstrated experience with Final Cut Studio (not Adobe
Premiere, Sony Vegas, or Avid). Apple Certification in one or more of the Final Cut Studio applications is
preferred. Applicants with additional experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and related multimedia
applications are preferred.

multimedia applications preferred.

Job #7: Handheld Video (HHV) Operator
The Handheld Video (HHV) Operator provides video support to training exercises by capturing event footage for
review while blending into the surroundings. Will be recording training exercises using various types of video
equipment and must be proficient with data storage devices (memory cards, hard drives, etc.). The HHV operator
must be able to wear appropriate clothing for the deployment regions such as video vests (provided) in addition to
any other safety equipment as required by the training. Individuals will attend all safety briefings and comply with
all safety instructions as well as perform other tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Program Leadership.
Requirements:
 Must be physically fit as will be running and taping training exercises.
 Experience using a home handheld digital camera.
 Must be Available for Flexible shifts – May be asked to work Evenings & Weekends.
Job #8: Supply Support Technician (TESS)
The Supply Support Technician operates in small teams of 4-6 people. They are responsible for assisting in the
issuance, maintenance, and recovery of personnel-based and vehicle-based instrumentation equipment at field

Job #9: Battery Service Technician
The Battery Service Technician charges all instrumentation 14V DC Lithium Ion laptop-style batteries. This
individual will be unpacking batteries for charging and repacking batteries for reissue. They will also maintain the
battery charge facility so that it can operate 24 hrs a day while compiling reports on battery failure counts and
charge cycles. Individual will perform other tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Program Leadership.
Requirements:
 Experience working in a highly organized environment.
 Must possess Great Organizational and Communication Skills.
 Must have ability to lift 50+ lbs.
 Must be Available for Flexible shifts – May be asked to work Evenings & Weekends.
Job #10: RF Technician
The RF Technician installs, configures, maintains, and recovers RF communications equipment (with emphasis
on VHF and UHF protocols, to include handhelds, base stations, repeaters, and associated support accessories).
Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and sustainment of the RF equipment throughout the exercise.
Requirements:
 Prior extensive experience installing/configuring/maintaining RF communications equipment.
 Familiarity with VHF and UHF protocols.
 Must have strong technical skills.
 Must have ability to lift 50+ lbs.
 Must be able to work 10-12 hour days and weekends.
Job #11: Tactical Analysis Center (TAC) Operator
The TAC Operator acts as the first line of technical support for Military trainers that use the TAC Computer
Workstations. They will train and assist the trainers in the best usage of the TAC workstation capabilities for both
live training and After-Action Reviews. Individuals must be able to quickly understand the tracking system and
explain its behavior to the Military trainers. They will be tasked with monitoring and conducting quality control for
the tracking of the soldiers that are being trained, and notify leadership of any issues or odd behavior seen on the
2-D and 3-D displays. TAC Operator will notify Leadership and Exercise Control personnel when trainers have
started or ended an exercise and serve as primary liaison for VIPs that may visit the TAC area in order to
describe the system and minimize disruption to the training exercise. Individual may be asked to perform other
tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Program Leadership.
Requirements:
 Must have strong verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency with a Joystick controller
 Proficient in use of Windows Operating Systems, Windows 7 & 8
 Flexible shifts, some evenings & weekends.
 Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
 Military Combat Experience preferred.
 Knowledge of Radio Operating procedures
 Video Gaming Background preferred.

Job #12: Fuel Tech
The Fueler will be responsible for refueling generators at a military training exercise and managing the exercise
fuel point. Must have own transportation, you will be required to drive in/out from/to the work site.
Job # 13: Shuttle Driver
The Shuttle Driver will be operating a 16 Passenger Van / Shuttle Service between the local airport,
designated hotels, and military training facility. This individual will assist in the schedule coordination of pickup and drop-off services for incoming and outgoing personnel. The shuttle driver must be familiar with local
roads, airports and community retail centers as well as posses basic computer skills. While not driving, the
driver may need to perform administrative duties.
Requirements:
 Clean DMV record and a valid local driver’s license & ability to drive a 16 passenger vehicle.
 Must have complete schedule flexibility as may be asked to work evenings & weekends.
 Must be familiar with MS Office.
